Ambedkar jayanti celebrated at RSR Rungta College of Engineering & Technology

The 127th birth anniversary of Bharat Ratna and architect of Indian constitution Dr. Bhimrao Ramji Ambedkar was celebrated with traditional fervor and enthusiasm in RSR Rungta College of Engineering & Technology.The program started with floral tribute to Dr.B.R.Ambedkar. The one-day event was planned to bring out the multi‐faceted personality of Dr.B.R.Ambedkar through speeches along with spectacular cultural activities. Many students from all institutes of SRGI graced this occasion.

The program jointly organized by NSS and RSR RCET highlighted the importance of bringing Amedkarite movement to the masses and in the mainstream media using and creating a unique cultural identity.The world and civil society needs to follow Dr. Ambedkar’s thoughts in a contemporary political situation to tackle oppression of a marginalized segment of society. With this event, RSR Rungta College of Engineering & Technology has maintained its annual legacy of celebrating birth anniversary of Dr. Ambedkar with great strength and enthusiasm.
