Engineers Day celebrated at Sanjay Rungta Group of Institutions

The Engineering Community across India celebrates Engineers Day on the 15th of September every year as a tribute to the greatest Indian Engineer Mokshagundam Visvesvaraya, popularly known as Sir MV.Sir M. Visvesvaraya is known for successfully designing and constructing several river dams, bridges and revolutionizing the irrigation system in India by implementing irrigation and drinking water system.On this special day RSR Rungta College of Engineering & Technology under the aegis of Sanjay Rungta Group of Institutions celebrated Engineers Day. Dr Pankaj Agrawal, Principal of the college gave an inaugural speech with most updated reviews on achievements and visionary thoughts of Sir Visweswaraya, which have great potential even for the ongoing era of engineering. Dean academics Dr. Lokesh Singh also shared his view on Engineers Day and expressed thought about unemployable engineers.

 

Master of Ceremony was Dr. Anjaneya Sharma, Head of Department (Management), Dr. Anurag Sharma (Principal RISM), Dr. R. K. Nema (Principal, RIPS) attended this program. On this occasion, all the departmental heads expressed their views for upcoming future engineers to get success in life. They shared their knowledge thoughts and experiences to students prepare for bright future. On this occasion, the winner team of Smart India Hackathon Team H2O Saver also presented their project.

 

B.Tech First Year students showed a video related to Indian Engineers, how we Indian Engineers run all top notch software companies.At the end of the program Vote of Thanks was proposed by Program Coordinator Ms. Kusum Sharma. On this ocassion, Chairman Shri.Sanjay Rungta, Director Shri.Saket Rungta, Asst. Director Mohd. Shajid Ansari and all Principals of the group extended their blessings to the students and wished them all the best for future.
