One day workshop on “Computer Hardware and Networking” Organised by Department of Computer Science Engineering(RSRRCET)
One day workshop on“Computer Hardware and Networking” was conducted in Sanjay Rungta Group of Institutions, by Department Computer Science Engineering on 30thDecember, 2021. The workshop was organized by Mrs. Kusum Sharma (HOD CSE) and Mrs. Dipannita B Ghosh (Ass. Prof).It gave the fundamental knowledge about computer hardware, and networking. The students of B-Tech (1st Sem, 3rd Sem and 5th Sem) and MCA, attended the workshop.The first session was conducted by Mr. Sumit Sharma, on introduction to Computer Hardware and Networking. He explained PC architecture and hardware components such as motherboard, RAM, Hard drive, and CPU. He also conducted hands on session based on the theoretical part.The second session was conducted by Mr. Trilok Kumar and Mr. Rameez. They explained and showed the assembling and de assembling of CPU, which included SMPS, HARD DISC, MOTHERBOARD, BUSES.The last session was again conducted by Mr. Sumit Sharma. He explained the basic concepts related to computer networking such as network components, physical, logical and port addresses, LAN, WLAN along with live demo and hands on session. After the completion of Sessions, we took a quiz on workshop and issued certificate who passed the Quiz too.
