Webinar Organized at Sanjay Rungta Group

Department of Management of Rungta College of Science & Technology, Durg under the aegis of Sanjay Rungta Group of Institutions organized a Webinar on “Software is a Thought & Burger is a Cow“. The speaker chair was honoured by Mr. Ashish Sinha (General Manager – Talent & Capability, Vodafone-Idea, Gurugram. The speaker shared the difference about Brick and Mortar economy and Click button economy. The discussion was focussed on VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, Chaotic and Ambiguous) environment and the skill sets required to fit in the corporate industry. He also shared about how GIG economy is taking over traditional ways of business. The case study of Bonsai Managers and the importance of unleashing to true potential were also elaborated. Principal, Dr.Tripti Agarwal Jain laid emphasis on the importance of continuous learning and adding skill set to become employable. A large number of students along with staff members attended this webinar.
